Sandeep lives in Ellicott City, MD with his 6 year old son and his wife, Abhi, the CEO of Kent Reserve, a cannabis dispensary in Maryland.

His undergraduate and graduate studies were in Bionformatics and Biotechnology from UMBC in Baltimore, MD. He was in consulting (Deloitte/EY) for 10+ years. He took a small detour into the federal government, at the FDA, before being impacted by mass layoffs. Then he immediately helped his wife as a stratrgic advisor to help with Kent Reserve, becoming the first dispensary to open up in the entire social equity round. At the same time, Sandeep also started Play Street Museum in Gaithersburg, MD (an indoor kids playground).

Overall his work has been in planning, project/program management, operations, strategy, process improvement, and focusing on creating solutions where there is a lot of ambiguity.
