Rahul Dutta operates Kent Reserve, the first dispensary in its county in Kent Co., Maryland. Rahul Dutta is a longtime Millington resident and entrepreneur with over 13 years of business experience. As an active member of the community, he serves on the town planning committee, participates in the Lions Club, and supports local education.

Under Rahul and his business partner Abby’s leadership, Kent Reserve is the first dispensary in Maryland to open under the 2024 social equity license lottery, fostering inclusivity and economic opportunities. Rahul is passionate about destigmatizing cannabis and promoting wellness, and in his free time, he enjoys traveling, running, golfing, and spending time with family.
