Born in San Diego, California raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Gabriela D. Rodríguez started as a young woman striving in the medicinal cannabis industry in Puerto Rico with hopes of helping others as she did her sister who suffered from seizures. By the age of 25, after graduating from Law School and just when the industry was starting, Gabriela decided to take a leap from her practice to start working in a local dispensary chain. She dedicated herself to the Puerto Rican cannabis community, managing 8 dispensaries and studying vastly about patient-cannabis interactions during the next 7 years. In 2021 Gabriela decided to switch over to the tech side of the industry and support operators to track and manage their retail and supply chain operations nationwide to empower and simplify their business with Dutchie.
