Harrison Rosenblum has over 14 years of experience in growth and performance marketing, partnering with clients of all sizes across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has gained deep expertise in a wide array of marketing channels—including programmatic, social, search, influencer, and affiliate—enabling him to craft truly omni-channel strategies. By acting as an extension of his clients’ teams, Harrison has helped brands like Uber, StubHub, Amazon, and many others exceed their goals and KPIs.

Harrison’s approach is data-driven: he lets results guide which channels and strategies will deliver the greatest impact. In 2019, he teamed up with longtime colleague and frequent collaborator Irfan Bhola to launch The Flower Agency, bringing a performance-first mindset to the cannabis industry. Since then, Harrison has worked with everyone from small, family-run dispensaries opening their doors for the first time to MSOs like Ascend Wellness and Fluent, and some of the biggest brands in the space, including Wyld, Wana, Pax, and Snoop Dogg.
