Chris Riggs is acting executive director of the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission. A practicing attorney for 10 years, he joined the NJ-CRC in 2021 to help establish and enforce the state's cannabis laws and was appointed acting executive director by Governor Phil Murphy in 2024.
