Governor Abigail Spanberger officially vetoed the legislation to establish Virginia’s adult-use cannabis retail market on May 19, 2026. A regulated commercial marketplace seemed to be out of reach until at least 2027. Or could it be sooner...?

The Virginia Strategy Sessions focused on the East Coast's hottest emerging market in the DMV while building an industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
